What type of punishment do you think i will get?

Well some kid was annoying me, by screaming in my ear, i told him 4 times to stop, then he started touching my head with like bunny ears or something, i told him 2 times to stop, and he didn't so i turned around and hit him. And i was on the bus when this all happened. I didn't hit him hard, he wasn't crying, or bleeding. I also accidentally broke his gles. I have witnesses that he touched me first, and i told him several times to stop. SO what do you think will happen, Bus suspension, ISS, OSS.
