I have a dell xps with an i7 proc, is it hard to install a tv tuner?

It is very easy. U just use the ons on the top and bottom of the PC (u need to lay it on the ground sideways, then remove the side panel, unlock the PCI slots, (there is a lever or a screw that needs to be release. Remove the strip of metal covering the slot and install your TV tuner. Secure it with the screw, then replace the side panel. Now start ur PC up (u know that you have to do this with the PC unplugged from power, right?) and see if it works. If it doesn't, u may need to install extra software that came with the tuner.
