Do Jamaicans normally write like they talk?

Do they write like they talk? Do they have a certain language or somethinb because like in some of their songs they have a certain word for things like in Boom Bye Bye Buju Banton says "Boom bye bye in a bawtty bwoys ead" which means "Boom bye bye in a bottom boys head" which means "Shoot gay guys in the head"
