Antibiotic for my skin is making me feel very sick?

im takin an antiobiotic (Doryx) for acne and ive been takin it for a month in a half. i had to start taking it at night because if im awake during it i get horrible side effects like throwin up very nauseous just feel like ****. but abou 4-5 times i have taken it and stayed up maybe 30 minutes? and i get terrible headaches and very neausous and to the point where everything irritates me and i get chills and then throw up because my body hates Doryx. i really want to have clear skin though.. i have i think 14 pills left.. should i just flush them down now or keep tryin at it?
