Is it right to sleep around with who ever wants to sleep with you? Is this giving in to temptation or lust?

I can't help but notice that an enormous amount of advertising is quite lusty..Images of nakedness or stuff with ual suggestions are out there for all to feast on. Does it give people permission to indulge or to give in?
