Does anyone know the safety rating of a 2005 Scion xB Wagon?

My 2009 Dodge Grand Caravan just lost its , we can't afford to put $ in to fix it if it its going to crap out in the future. I saw a posting for a Scion xB Wagon 2005 for $4100. I have a 2 year old son, I want to make sure this car is safe if we get into an accident. Does anyone know anything about the safety ratings, I need istance ASAP. Thanks
