Clinical consequences (neuroscience/medicine?!)?

What would be clinical consequences of a thoracic spinal cord hemilesion be? Im guessing paralysis of lower body but what else ? Also what would happen in a unilateral cereberal hemispheric lesion....i dont understand the explanation ive been given! Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
