On my 93 f 150 manual...why does it feel extremely bumpy when i take off in the first few gears?

when you go to barely disengage the clutch in first, sometimes second and third, it jarrs the truck pretty bad..like your going over little speed bumps...when it happens i can press in the clutch and let back off and the jarring goes away. what could be the cause of this?
