Procedure for mediated divorce?

Husband & I want a divorce... neither of us wants a big court battle, nor to hand over all our savings to attorneys. Does anyone know how to go about initiating a mediated divorce in Oregon? Do you start by contacting attorneys? How do you go about finding a decent mediator? Any other thoughts on mediation from someone who's done this?
