What do you like on your ice cream?

I recently discovered my new favorite: I take roasted almonds and dark chocolate and crush them up (in a baggie with a rolling pin, it's great for getting your aggressions out!) and sprinkle over french vanilla ice cream. Then I drizzle with some dark chocolate syrup. What's your favorite ice cream topper?
