Move your apps from one launcher pager to another on your?

Every time I download an app on my Palm Pre, it automatically is placed on the first launcher page. Is there a way to move the apps from one launcher page to another? Also is there a way to customize my quick launch pad? (The 5 apps that remain at the bottom of your screen)
