I feel like i may be being scammed.. have you heard of trenton financial group?

i have been trying to apply for a loan and a company by the name of Trenton Financial Group has approved me for 25000. the only thing is they want me to pay the first 10 mths up front as colateral... i am a little worried i am being scamed because they have a 800 number their main office is located in flordia but i am supposed to wire the money to a private lender in CANADA!!! HELP PLEASE
