How often should i feed my 10 inch florida spotted gar?

i have a 10 inch florida spotted gar and i was wondering how often i should feed him feeders and how many. example= every other day with 3 feeders throughout the day or an answer like that. also what else if there is anything else will the gar eat besides feeders and smaller fish.thanks
