How easy is it to install a shackle lift on a Jeep Wrangler?

I want to get a few inches of lift on my YJ as cheap as possible so I wanted to know how easy a shackle lift would be. I dont want to pay for labor so is this something i can do in the garage with another person? does it take more than basic tools?
