How come Michael Jackson has never been voted the iest man alive?

Not to speak ill of the dead, because i loved MJ and will always love his music, but he got so many surgeries that he began to look like a science project. Had he stopped at a few, maybe him being voted iest man could have been possible. But he began to look like something almost inhuman. Its sad that he couldnt see that he didnt need to keep messing with his face.
