Do you know someone that doesn't laugh out loud?

Again another question right up my street.I lost my voice seven years ago[the big c] and i laugh like jiggery still and nothing comes out,and yet my wife is looking at me and im making her laugh by the stupid way i look.Does it bother me,oh no,as long as im laughing and my lady is laughing who cares Chuckle chuckle
